Instead of your regular web-comic this week I decided to do something a little different. Everyone’s favorite orange presidential candidate, Donald Trump, wrote a little book back in around 1987 called, The Art of the Deal. My Dad, always the entrepreneur, had a copy of this thing and I recently found it mixed in with my own book collection. At first I was embarrassed to even have it in my apartment, but I thought maybe I could actually make some use of it.
Wouldn’t it be fun, I thought, to rip a couple pages out and see what kind of story I could uncover through the art of erasure. So without further ado, I present you with a bit of erasure poetry I’m calling Drumpf–a name brilliantly given to us by John Oliver.
Enjoy.

Aside from making goofy web comics, I also think food is pretty important. With that in mind I think food is better when it’s fresh and the closer to home that food is grown the better.
Check out this KickStarter page linked below and maybe help me get a project a off the ground. We are trying to build an Aqua Farm where we will produce fresh, healthy shrimp and eventually fish and produce.
If you’re interested we have a ton more information about Aqua farming through the link.

A few months ago I posted on this site that my best friend, Dustin, had died after unexpectedly falling into a diabetic coma. Today, I just found out that another friend had suffered a brain aneurism and is at the moment recovering from surgery at Johns Hopkins. She’s not out of the woods yet though.
It was too late to do anything to help Dustin. Fortunately, it isn’t too late to help Cleo. She had just graduated from university with her bachelor degree and had a bright future ahead. Now, though in the hands of some great doctors, she is in a precarious state. We are hoping for a full recovery, that she comes through the other side of this in strong health and is still able to claim that bright future she has worked so hard for. She is a kindhearted, creative and beautiful person–the world is a better place with her in it. Cleo is going to need all the help she can find to get back on her feet.
I’m asking for your help, readers. We all know how expensive medical bills can be. A crowd funding campaign has been started to raise funds to cover said bills. Please follow the link below, learn more about Cleo’s story and if you have it in your heart contribute to this effort. Any little bit will help.
Thank you everybody.

It’s been a while since any comics have been posted on this site. Sorry about that. The studio had to moved and, well, is kind of in a state of limbo at the moment. But web comics will be returning and work on Blakbone vol. 2 will resume regardless.
This has just been an update on this most recent disappearance for those of you who follow along. Keep an eye out for more web comics this coming week. It’ll be an Outer Space Adventure!
Thanks!

A month ago to this day one of my closest friends departed from this mortal coil. Transformers was one of his favorites. So, instead of your regular web comic I drew this today–thinking of him.
Freedom is the right of all sentient beings. This one’s for you, D.J.C.

I might post a colored version of this soon…

So, the comics on the site have kind of been all over the place as of late. Horde of the Unvanquished has been slow going and seems to have fallen into a more bi-weekly update rather than weekly. Also, a second ongoing story had started the Sunday before last. Both of these stories will continue. Moving forward there will be two web comic posts per week rather than one. Comics will be continuing to post on Sundays as usual but, starting this week updates will begin to drop on Fridays as well.
Each Friday will bring an update to the Green Mount Monster comic. Sunday comics will either feature an update to Horde of the Unvanquished, something from the archives, or a new one-off comic. Blakbone will also be returning to Sundays eventually, haven’t forgotten about him (you can always expect an appearance by him around Halloween at least).
In the somewhat near-ish future, I will be building a better platform to view all of these various web comics. Right now these stories are definitely not the most accessible for one who might want to read a particular character from their beginning. Soon this will change. Updates on the new site and upcoming print comics will be coming soon.
Thanks for reading,
G.J. Sieck
Hi everybody. I’ve been meaning for a number of days now to post something in regard to the absence of Sunday comic updates. The comics will continue. Unfortunately, a series of calamitous events have made it difficult to work on pages. Things will start swinging back into gear though. In regard to Horde of the Unvanquished, it will continue. Realistically it could be two more weeks before a new update to that story. That said, Sunday comics will pick back up this coming Sunday, December 28th.
Thanks everybody,
G.J. Sieck
