It’s a new year and 1134 Comix has some new stuff!
- The Outer Space Adventure of Blakbone is now available at IndyPlanet – available at 1134press.com soon. Digital downloads are only 99 cents and print copies are only 2.50! Get your download, or your print book HERE!
- While you’re at IndyPlanet, check out the The Adventures of Blakbone and Other Stories. This book collects the entire Blakbone story preceding the new comic; as well as nearly every other 1134 comic that has appeared online since 2011 (before this website even existed).
- New Pussies of Tomorrow are on the way! The story has taken a strange direction … Catch up with the comic at Webtoons and read the 6-page, full color and action packed continuation Sunday, 01/06/19.

Happy Halloween!
And also, The Outer Space Adventure of Blakbone is at the printer (we hoped to have by to day but …). Check in as over the next couple of weeks as we count down to the actual release day!
Blakbone in Print!
23 JulLast summer, so many of our supporters pitched in to help give 1134 Press/1134 Comix a jump start. It worked out great, and we were able to meet almost all of our goals since then. We began production on a printed collection of 1134 Comix web comics, and a few months ago were able to publish the book! It can be found here, and soon will be available at our own shop. Speaking of our own shop, there are still limited copies of Gestalt available there–check it out if you don’t have a copy!
Now, we are very close to finishing the next printed Blakbone story. See some of the penciled pages below:
This book features a bunch of our supporters as characters–and they all have important roles in the story! Unfortunately, you can’t see many of them in the above photo (sorry about that). The book is 22 pages long – a regular size comic book – and page 20 is currently being drawn. We hope to have this published by the end of summer/early fall. That said, these this things always take longer than we hope …
Keep a lookout for The Outer Space Adventures of Blakbone, where you will see our favorite anti-hero travel the cosmos and, with the help of a new cast of characters, face one of his old enemies!

21 AprAfter quite a process, followed by quite a wait, The Adventures of Blakbone is finally available at Indy Planet!
We want to thank all of our supporters who helped make it possible to create this collection. And on that note, the art for the next Blakbone comic is well underway. We are shooting for a summertime release. The next story features some of our favorite readers–look for them in the pages of next issue!

Blakbone: Conclusion (for now)

So, there’s the long awaited last page of the, now concluded, Blakbone story arc. The next leg of the adventure is in the works–and will feature a bunch of our supporters too! We’re planning to have that out there real soon (just about every time I give a timeframe for any of these projects, I’m way off . . . so, lets go with “real soon” for now).
