The Cave of Cobra!

18 Dec

In this short video I share some of the recent photos I took with the Extreme Sets Cave Diorama. I made a video about the diorama recently, and I thought it would be fun to share some pictures.

For the photos I used G.I. Joe Classified:

Serpentor and Air Chariot

BAT x 3 Dr.

Mindbender

Baroness

Destro

Viper

Viper Officer

Cobra Officer x 2

New from 1134 Comix

4 Sep

This holiday weekend I spent a bit of time in the studio taking more action figure pics. This time, I went with the new G.I. Joe Classified retro card-back Gung-Ho. Check the photos out in the gallery below. I’ll also link to the IG page so you can see the Reel–I think the pictures are much cooler to music!

I also have a new video up on the YouTubes. In this week’s video I do a bit more speculation about the G.I. Joe Classified line. Yeah, 1134 Comix has gone pretty far in to G.I. Joe Classified lately. What can I say? I kind of became obsessed with the line lol. Anyway, find the video at the bottom of the post!

Ahsoka Tano – Practicing Forms

21 Aug

In this week’s action figure photo shoot, I dug into the Black Series collection. I used the Star Wars Rebels Ahsoka, and I used the Starkiller Base background and stands for the dio. I posed Ahsoka in positions reminiscent of practicing forms in martial arts. Check out the gallery below, and list the IG page to follow and watch Reels!

G.I. Joe Classified Sequential Storytelling

Check out these edited images from my last action figure photo shoot. This time, Duke has been captured by Cobra. But Snake Eyes comes to save the day!

The other day, I finally got my hands on a couple G.I. Joe Classified Cobra Officers. So, I couldn’t help but to do a bit of a photoshoot with them. And it only made sense to throw in some troops and Major Bludd to boss them all around. Check out the gallery below!

G.I. Joe Classified: Action Figure Photography Art (Firefly and Baroness)

24 Apr

In this week’s photoshoot, I picked the Cobra Island Firefly and Baroness with the C.O.I.L motorcycle. I also incorporated some new lighting with blue, red, and orange light filters. I’m still growing in this new hobby, but I liked the outcome for a lot of the pictures. I’m also toying (so to speak) with some ideas for integrating the figure photography with sequential storytelling.

Though I haven’t been posting any hand drawn comics in a while, I do have plans for some more drawing projects. I don’t have a real timeline for these, though, but this will certainly be the first place I post new drawings and cartoons.

So, come back often for more action figure pics and videos, web-comics, and whatever else I find myself getting into.

G.I. Joe Fan Fiction Comic

As you can see, I’m still on this action figure photo thing. Kind of took it a bit further this time lol. If you thought this was cool, come back often for future posts.

If you would like to see a bit of the process, check out this video I made. I give some of my thoughts on the diorama and the figures.
